Synopsis

Children have been going missing. Police are baffled. A community quakes with fear. A hero is needed. Enter Black Cougar. Created by a toymaker, armed with a pack of crime-fighting mini-cougars and high-tech gadgets, Black Cougar springs into action to right all wrongs.
